Candlemakers Schmaus

The Candlemakers have completed their work for 2019, producing candles for Christmas services here and at other venues that rely on us for beeswax candles. For all those who contributed (to any or all of the Tuesday sessions), a celebratory schmaus will be held in the Christian Education building, lower level (Nitschmann Hall) at noon on October 1. Please come.

For those who were unable to make candles this year, there is still the opportunity to participate in decorating them. Candle-trimming will take place on Monday evenings in October, starting October 7 at 7 – 9 p.m.. Work (and a lot of conversation) takes place in the Sacristry (first floor) and in the Kleiner Saal (second floor) – both on the east end of the Sanctuary.
