Earth Day is Coming! Actually, Earth Days ARE Coming!

The Care for Creation Committee is planning a 4-session Zoom series called Heal the Earth: From Local to Global Initiatives.
There will be 4 1-hour sessions (Sundays, April 18, 25 and May 16, 23), all at 12 noon. The April sessions will focus on the Food Arc: From growing food organically (Monocacy Farm Project) to purchasing healthy food (Bethlehem Food Coop) to food waste reduction (Beth Behrend from the Bethlehem Environmental Advisory Council) to composting (Lynnette Delbridge). In May, we will take a more global view, focusing on green building and investments (Alfred Griffin, head of the NY State Green Bank) and how we can work to protect the planet and create a compassionate, loving and just world (Rev. Fletcher Harper, founder of GreenFaith).
C4C is thrilled to be planning these sessions in partnership with Cathedral Church of the Nativity and the Unitarian Universalist Church of Bethlehem.
Information on registration for these sessions will appear in the April Belfry and in Constant Contact.
