Travelers Together – Next Event, Jan. 16th

We give thanks for the excellent Advent Series, “A New Way of Being – Speaking Words of Promise,” offered by the Racial Justice Team of the Moravian Church

Northern Province. This series helped us think about ways to respond to racist comments, to recognize and deal with microaggressions, to apologize, to learn from each other by engaging in one-on-one conversations, and to think about the next steps congregations can take to address racism.

For our follow-up at Central, we will be meeting on Zoom at 1:00 p.m. on January 16th to discuss our learnings from and feelings about the Advent series. Even if you didn’t get to participate in the Advent Series, you can watch video recordings of the presentations by going to Moravian.org.
