BES Potluck Dinner
On Saturday, March 16 we will have our annual Covered Dish/Pot Luck dinner for the Bethlehem Emergency Sheltering program at their new site, Christ UCC Church (75 E. Market St.). Last year’s covered dish dinner was a big hit! We are serving 60-70 people and will need 5 hot & 5 cold vegetable entrees, 5 desserts, rolls and condiments. Each covered dish should feed 10-12 people. We already have turkey, ham, Swedish Meatballs, lasagna and macaroni & cheese. After both worship services 3/3/19, Rose Warner will have a sign-up sheet and foil pans available, along with delivery/drop off instructions. If you love to cook here is your opportunity to put smiles on our homeless guests. Four people are needed to help organize the drop off points and 2 people to help with setup.
