Lenten Dinners and Programs
Our mid-week Lenten program, “Create Deep in Me,” continues on Wednesday, March 22, at
6 p.m. in Nitschmann Hall, located in the Christian Education Building (40 W Church St., Bethlehem). Our combined choirs will provide the meal. Pastor Maggie and Becky Lepore, Director of Music at Central Moravian Church, will guide us in the spiritual practice of singing! We will explore the newest Moravian songbook, “Sing A New Song to the Lord,” and ponder hymns and liturgies that open our hearts to the Presence of God.
On the last evening of the series, March 29, after we break bread together, we will close our time with a Contemplative Worship Service in the Old Chapel. Cars will be available to help you get from Nitschmann Hall to the Chapel, if that walk is too challenging.
The invitation of “Create Deep in Me,” is to expand our heart relationship with God, to notice a closer connection, and share in God’s deepening Presence in life. Feel free to join us for any or all of these Midweek Lenten services.
