An Old Favorite with a New Name!
Just across the hall from the Central Putz is the newly redesigned Star and Candle Craft and Bake Shoppe featuring traditional Moravian stars and candles, as well as a variety of delicious homemade cookies and snacks.
Baker Tom Tenges will offer several varieties of favorite cookies each week, such as pumpkin snickerdoodles, pizzelles, chocolate chip and Martha Washington cookies, as well as peppermint bark candy. We welcome Becky Lepore as a new crafter this year, selling lovely hand knit items for everyone, including adorable baby sweaters and hats. There will be a good selection of matted or framed photography from our resident photographer Linda Wickmann. Paper stars and framed Scherenschnitte type pictures will be available, as well as two sizes of lighted Moravian stars and gift-boxed Christmas Eve beeswax candles. Last day of the Shoppe will be Sunday, Dec. 10
