Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

Christmas Eve Tickets

If you are interested in receiving tickets for any of our three Christmas Eve services, you are welcome to request tickets and include a self-addressed stamped envelope so they can be mailed to you. Please include your phone number, the number of tickets you would like, and the service you wish to attend (1 pm Children’s Lovefeast, 5:30 pm Vigil Service, or 8 pm Vigil Service).  Please send requests to the church office: Central Moravian Church, 73 W. Church Street, Bethlehem PA 18018-5821.

Tickets will be distributed on the first and second Sundays in Advent to members and friends attending church services those days. Any tickets which remain, will be mailed out the second week in December to those requesting them in the order the requests were received. Additional details about our services may be found below.

Christmas Eve with Central Moravian Church

Christmas Musical Offering

Becky Lepore presents an Advent and Christmas organ recital featuring Christmas favorites on our 3,056 pipe Sanctuary organ. This recital is available on Central Moravian Church’s YouTube channel or by CLICKING HERE.

Children’s Christmas Lovefeast

While children are welcome at all our worship services, the Children’s Christmas Eve service at 1 p.m. in the Church Sanctuary is planned specifically with children and their families in mind. Our Children’s Sunday School tells the Christmas story through song and drama. Everyone sings Christmas hymns and holds a lighted beeswax candle. Coloring packets are available for children as they wait for the service to begin.


Christmas Eve Candlelight Services

Give thanks that just as Jesus was born long ago in Bethlehem, Christ can still be born in our hearts today. Sing hymns, listen to beautiful choir and instrumental music, hear a message, and receive and smell a lighted beeswax candle. 5:30 pm & 8 pm Vigil Services.


Christmas Day

Bless your Christmas Day with quiet and gentle worship at 10 a.m. in the Church Sanctuary. Pray the Christmas liturgy and be inspired by the message from a guest preacher.
